From Chicago, he trained at Second City and the Goodman School of Drama and is a graduate of Regis College in Denver. John is co-executive producer of the 2009 and 2010 CIMA Awards and is currently serving on the CIMA Board of Directors as Vice President. |

Andrea Setterstrom |

Andrea Setterstrom serves as Vice President Administrative Operations, Mole-Richardson Co., a leading manufacturer of entertainment lighting equipment, located in Hollywood since 1927. Since joining the company in 1975, she has served in various capacities, most recently directing the companies Risk Management and Insurance needs. In addition, she is a member of the Executive Leadership Committee and secretary to the President. Andrea has been an active member of the National Association of Insurance Women Intl’ since 1985. She has served in various capacities at all levels of the associations including President of the Insurance Women of Los Angeles, Inc. She joined the CIMA organization in 2005, and immediately began serving as Secretary. She co-produced the 2005 CIMA Awards and is currently serving on the CIMA Board of Directors as Treasurer. |

Haskell Vaughn Anderson III |

Haskell Vaughn Anderson III is a film, television and theater actor. He is perhaps most widely known for his prominent supporting role in the 1989 film Kickboxer. In addition to theater work, he has had numerous small parts in film and on television, including roles on ER and The West Wing. Haskell has been nominated twice for an NAACP Image Award for Best Supporting Actor, and won it for the play Rounds by Sean Michael Rice. He continues to do theatre as a member of the critically acclaimed Pacific Resident Theatre. Most recently, Haskell starred in the original play Lions by Vincent Melocchi, which was submitted to the jury for the 2009 Pulitzer Prize for Most Distinguished Play and nominated for the Ovation Award for Best New Original Play of 2009. |

Patricia Boren is a research programmer for a nonprofit institution that helps improve policy and decisionmaking through research and analysis. She earned a B.A. in Communications Studies at UCLA and organizes events in her spare time. Pat is co-executive producer of the 2009 and 2010 CIMA Awards. |

Barbara M. Gangi |

Barbara M. Gangi is one of CIMA’s founding members and has served two terms as President. Ms. Gangi is Vice President of Development at Paulist Productions, supervising both development and production on theatrical and cable documentaries, made-for-television movies and new media designed for the Internet.
Some current credits include productions for The History Channel, A&E, Hallmark Channel, ABC/Paramount and Hallmark Hall of Fame.
Barbara's career as a producer began in the advertising industry working on national campaigns for such clients as Bristol-Myers, Mazda Motors and ABC Television Network. She has won numerous awards including two of the coveted CLIOs.
Ms. Gangi is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS), the Producer’s Guild of America (PGA) and the International Documentary Association (IDA). |

Marilyn Gill is an award-winning television veteran and currently serves as Executive Producer of BET’s The Mo’Nique Show. Over the past 20 years she has worked as a producer for some of the most recognizable television franchises including Oprah, Roseanne and At The Movies. She served as Director of Feature Development for Eddie Murphy Productions. She also produces content for a variety of media platforms, including BET’s highly-rated music franchise Celebration of Gospel. Marilyn is also co-author of The Nativity Story: Contemplating Mary’s Journey of Faith. She has served on CIMA’s Board as President. |

Beverly Nichter has been a supporter of CIMA from its inception, rising from volunteer to Executive Committee member to Board member. A Registered Nurse and graduate of Purdue University, she is the Executive Producer of Everest Entertainment. She was an Event Coordinator for Entertainment Fellowship and is also an actress in film and plays. She has been CIMA's Event Coordinator for many years. |

Brian Oppenheimer |

Screenwriter/novelist/producer Brian Oppenheimer’s work has appeared in newspapers, magazines, on the stage and TV. He is currently developing the movies Time of Hope and Christmas in Malibu and the pilot for the TV series Twilight Sleep. Brian is also a Juror for the Humanitas Prize and is on the Executive Committee of the City of Angels Film Festival. Brian is a two-term Vice President of CIMA and produced the CIMA Awards for 10 years. |

Sr. Rose Pacatte, FSP |

Sr. Rose Pacatte is director of the Pauline Center for Media Studies in Culver City, CA. She has an MEd in Media Studies from the University of London (UK) and a Certificate in Pastoral Communications from the University of Dayton. Her primary work is media literacy education for parents and teachers within the context of culture, education and faith formation. Sr. Rose is the Film and TV columnist for St. Anthony Messenger Magazine. She is often recognized from her appearances as a member of “The Mob” on the game show 1 vs. 100. |

Michael C. Parker serves as President/CEO of Mole-Richardson Co., a leading manufacturer of entertainment lighting equipment, located in Hollywood for over 80 years. During his 40-year tenure at Mole, he has served in various capacities. Mike has always been active in the entertainment community as well as the religious community. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, ASC, SMPTE and serves on the board of directors of Family Rosary, Inc./Family Theater Productions and Providence St. Joseph Hospital Foundation. Mike has been active in CIMA for many years and was President of the organization from 2004-2006.

Thomas Russo |

Tom Russo has been an influential figure in the entertainment industry for over 20 years. He was Senior Vice President, Current Programming, for Paramount Network Television, supervising all aspects of the studio’s primetime network and cable scripted series. In the 2005-2006 season, he oversaw twenty-seven continuing shows with a cumulative production budget of over a billion dollars, including such established series as NCIS, Numbers, Medium and The 4400, and new successes such as Criminal Minds, Ghost Whisperer and Everybody Hates Chris.
Prior to running Current Programming, Tom headed longform programming for Paramount, where he pitched ideas, developed scripts and supervised production and delivery of the studio’s made-for-television movies. Before joining Paramount, Tom spent several years at Universal Television, where he developed and guided the production of fifteen telefilms. Tom Russo is a native of New York and a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Brown University. Tom is currently President of Television for the feature film company, Intermedia. |

Father Tony Scannell, Capuchin, has served as Pastoral Telecommunications Specialist for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles from 1996-2003 and Executive Publisher of the Archdiocesan newspapers from 2004-2007. President of the Los Angeles-based Franciscan Communications until 1990, he has been President of both the national and international Catholic Association of Broadcasters and a member of the Vatican’s Pontifical Commission for Social Communications.
He is still active in parish ministry, and offers “Soup and Cinema” during Advent and Lent in three L.A. parishes. Father Tony was one of the founding members of CIMA and still serves as its Chaplain. CIMA honored him with their very first Lifetime Achievement Award in 1993. |

Elizabeth Franco Bradley, a 30-year trial attorney, concentrates her practice in Business Litigation. Having represented non-profit clients to Fortune 100 companies, she serves as CIMA's Pro-Bono Legal Counsel. Liz is in partnership with her daughter, Elizabeth L. Bradley, at Bradley & Bradley LLP, www.twobradleys.com. She obtained her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco. |

Jack & Patt Shea – CIMA Board Emeritus, Founding Members |

Husband and wife Jack and Patt Shea are Founding Members of CIMA. Jack was a busy television director from the 1960s through the 1990s. He directed several episodes of The Waltons, The Jeffersons, and Designing Women, among other shows. He served as the president of the Directors Guild of America from 1997 to 2002. Patt was a television screenwriter and story editor. Her work on All in the Family and Archie Bunker’s Place in the 1970s earned her nominations for the Humanitas Prize given to writers. CIMA honored Jack and Patt with their 2002 Lifetime Achievement Award. |
