In the spring, we host an all-day retreat
of prayer and reflection. Personal stories and films are used as
meditations and are led by members of CIMA.
In the fall, along with the Annual Mass
and Awards Event, CIMA co-sponsors the ecumenical City
of the Angels Film Festival. We also support the media literacy
program in the Archdiocesan schools.
Throughout the year, CIMA members provide
conference speakers and publish articles, including movie and television
reviews in the Catholic press.
